Ōtsuka Lōtec is an independent from Japan created by Jiro Katayama. These watches were only available for purchase through a lottery system, only with a Japanese credit card issued via a Japanese bank, and only deliverable to a Japanese address. The No.6 recently won the GPHG "Challenge" prize.
This example comes in excellent condition with box and papers, with few hairlines from wear. It does not have the written letter from Jira Katayama.
