Exaequo was originated in the late 80's, when creator Philippe Muller saw a Salvador Dali painting called "Disintegration of the Persistence of Memory." This prompted him to create a watch that looked similar to the melting timepieces in the painting. The first Exaequo Softwatch was launched in 1991.
This is a second run example, with model # 92007. It is the "jumbo" size at 47mm lug to lug. It has a monoblock case and says "softwatch" at 3 o clock. This is a classic configuration with white dial, yellow gold plated case, and original green strap and clasp.
Condition: Excellent. Few scratches on case, no gouges or dents. Few hairlines on plastic glass crystal but hard to see. Strap is pristine. Movement is fit with new battery and running flawlessly.
